The rule that ends permits

The €150 rule that ends permits.

Under Latvia's Immigration Law §23, the PMLP can refuse or cancel your residence permit if you carry registered tax debt over €150 — or if no taxes have been paid for you in the last year.

One missed quarterly VSAOI for an average Wolt courier is around €727. Wolt and Bolt now report every courier's earnings to VID under DAC7 — they already know what you earned.

RozoFinance closes that gap. €7/month. Quarterly permit-safety check included.

How it works

Three steps. That's the whole product.

1

Capture

Snap a photo of your weekly Wolt or Bolt statement. Upload from your phone. Takes 30 seconds, even on a Sunday at midnight.

2

Track

3

File

We file your VSAOI every quarter and your annual GID — directly in VID's EDS portal under your name. You get a confirmation on WhatsApp.

Why people stay with us

Three things every other provider gets wrong.

01 / Filed for you

We file. You don't.

Accounting software gives you forms. Accountants charge €50–€150 per visit. We do the filing — every quarter, every year — for the price of two coffees.

~90% cheaper
02 / Permit-aware

We watch the €150 line.

Every quarter we send you a permit-safety report — how much you owe, when it's due, and whether you're approaching the line. The other guys don't even know the rule exists.

03 / Penalty remediation

Penalty remediation and legal support.

If VID writes to you, we don't just forward the letter. We respond on your behalf, contest where there's basis, and bring in legal counsel if it escalates.

I drove Wolt for two years and never filed taxes. I was scared. Santa fixed everything in three weeks. No penalty. Now I sleep at night.

VID sent me a warning letter in Latvian. I sent it to RozoFinance. They handled it. No fine. €7 a month was the easiest yes of my year.

I tutor online and deliver food on weekends. They explained which tax regime saved me money in 10 minutes. I forward my statements once a month and forget about it.

Questions

What people ask us most.

What is the tax-debt threshold that can cost me my residence permit?
Latvia's Immigration Law §23 lets PMLP refuse or cancel a residence permit if you have registered tax debt over €150, or if no taxes have been paid for you in the last year. Source: likumi.lv/ta/en/en/id/68522-immigration-law (official Latvian legal database).
What is VSAOI and how often do I have to file it?
VSAOI is Latvia's mandatory social-insurance contribution for self-employed people. You file it quarterly — by 17 April, 17 July, 17 October and 17 January. At an average Wolt-courier income that's roughly €727 per quarter. We do the filing for you.
What happens if I do not file?
VID charges late penalties and interest, and your debt becomes registered. Under DAC7, Wolt and Bolt already report your earnings to VID — so the gap shows up automatically. Over €150 in registered debt triggers the permit risk above.
How fast do you reply on WhatsApp?
Most messages get a reply within one hour during working hours — Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 EET. Outside working hours we reply first thing the next working day.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Your first month is free. After that: if we miss a VID filing deadline that was our responsibility, we refund the month and pay any late penalty ourselves. That's the deal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel via WhatsApp or in your account. No contract, no notice period, no cancellation fee. You can re-subscribe later if you change your mind.
